Silver Ox 1-Year Limited Warranty

Effective for trailers manufactured on or after January 1, 2026 · Subject to change without notice

Silver Ox Trailers, LLC ("Silver Ox") warrants to the original retail purchaser that each new Silver Ox trailer will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations set forth below.

What's covered

• ▸ All-aluminum structural frame components
• ▸ Mainframe tubing, crossmembers, and tongue assembly
• ▸ Welded joints and structural connections
• ▸ Deck framing and side rail framing
• ▸ Factory-installed fenders and ramp gate frames

What's not covered

• × Component-supplier items (axles, brakes, tires, wheels, lights, couplers, jacks) — covered by their respective manufacturer warranties (Dexter, Lippert, etc.)
• × Treated wood deck boards and side wall planking (consumables subject to weather)
• × Cosmetic blemishes, surface oxidation, scratches, dents, or normal wear
• × Damage from accidents, collisions, overloading beyond GVWR, abuse, or improper towing
• × Modifications, alterations, or repairs not authorized by Silver Ox
• × Use of trailer for commercial rental or fleet operations (unless purchased with commercial warranty)
• × Damage from improper loading, unbalanced loads, or failure to perform routine maintenance
• × Loss of use, transportation costs, or consequential damages of any kind

Component warranties

Components manufactured by third parties carry their own separate manufacturer warranties:

How to make a warranty claim

1. 01.Contact your selling dealer first. The dealership where you purchased your trailer is the first point of contact for all warranty issues.
2. 02.Provide proof of purchase. Your original sales invoice, last 6 digits of VIN, and date of purchase will be required.
3. 03.Document the issue. Photographs and a written description of the defect will speed processing.
4. 04.Authorization required before repair. Silver Ox must authorize any warranty repair work in writing before it begins. Unauthorized repairs are not reimbursable.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary state to state.
